The hotel offers exceptional amenities such as a breathtaking onsen with amazing views, fantastic restaurant with reasonable pricing, entertaining evening shows, and comfortable beds. The location in the petting zoo offers an unparalleled chance to feed rabbits and goats, making it a family-friendly location.
It was all superb.

The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach.
Some of the facilities were a bit outdated, particularly the toilets in the main building which were quite small. many nearby restaurants closed early, making it difficult to find dinner options later in the evening.

Great hotel for families! With video game machines, ping-pong tables, and candy-floss machines in the evening, most kids can’t ask for more. The view of the sea from the tatami mat seating area is an added plus. With a walk of only 10 minutes to the nearest train station, it is easy to explore more of this beautiful city. A multicourse Japanese dinner was delicious and fresh, offering fantastic value for money.
The hotel is not located centrally, so visitors have to walk for half an hour to reach the castle. Unfortunately, there are no appealing restaurants nearby, so visitors may have to try different options.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Nagasaki Prefecture, despite it being remote. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the petting zoo was a fun touch for our family with kids. Although not near the castle, the free shuttle and beautiful views made up for it. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the private bathroom and access to the onsen, which had spectacular views.
The WiFi was quite weak during our stay.
